1. Get in touch
Send us the documents that you would like translated at email@example.com. Include a brief summary of the project and your preferred deadline within the email. We can then make an assessment and provide a quote. If you do not have the documents in digital format, please scan them and send us the scanned copies. Please note we cannot provide a quote without receiving the documents for translation. We do not quote project costs over the phone.
2. Receive a free quote
Once we have received your translation project, we aim to provide a quote within 2 hours. This is a free service and you are under no obligation to agree to the quote.
3. Give us the go-ahead
We will not begin translating your documents until you approve the quote provided, so please ensure you respond to our email and let us know you’re happy for us to proceed.
4. Receive your translations
We will send you the translated documents by email according to your specified deadline.
If you require certified translations, then you will need original hard copies of the documents with a translated certificate. You can collect the certified documents from our offices or we can send them to you by post.
